1. Account Registration and Roles
By creating a QuikkLance profile, you agree to supply authentic credentials and explicitly register as either a Freelance Writer or a Hiring Client. Each account class is subject to separate role boundaries, capabilities, and review audits.
2. Job Marketplace Conduct
All communications and deliverable revisions must occur inside the official QuikkLance dashboard chatrooms. Bypassing our escrow framework, proposing offline payments, or uploading corrupted, harmful, or plagiarized materials constitutes a direct breach of this agreement and is cause for immediate account termination.
3. Escrow and Payments
When a client commissions a job, funds are secure in our escrow registry. Once the deliverable satisfies review standards and is formally approved by the client, funds are instantly transferred to the writer's wallet, minus our transaction commission. Payment partners include credit cards, banking pathways, and regional UPI systems.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon formal client approval and escrow disbursement, all copyrights, ownership, and reproduction rights of the written deliverables transition entirely to the purchasing client. Freelancers waive future moral rights, but retain the ability to reference the material inside their portfolio unless bound otherwise by an active NDA.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations
QuikkLance is not responsible for freelance writer schedules, content inaccuracies, or specific ranking outcomes. We offer our marketplace platform "as is" and make no warranties of continuous downtime recovery.
